New Treasurer needed

A new Treasurer is needed urgently to fill a vacant position on Club Committee.
Nominations can be made to any committee member or in person at our upcoming AGM (details)

Join the Club Committee and get involved in driving the new rebuild and keeping the club afloat.

Treasurer's job description:

• Regular recording of bank accounts deposits and withdraws electronically on spreadsheets

• GST calculations 2 monthly and informing IRD via claims

• Maintaining bank balances and paying all necessary invoices

• Keeping invoices related to Rebuild Project separate

• Participate at monthly committee meetings and have financial report & bank statements prepared

• Annually prepare financial report for AGM

• Annually sort out banking statements for financial annual check by our accountant
